I am very pleased with All Spotless Carpets. Here's the thing, you can go with a company offering 5 rooms for $99. However, you WONT be pleased. I did that and the guy that came and cleaned left spots untreated and then added a gazillion fees like ""travel fees"".ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Pay a little more and get a quality job from a real professional. These days, its hard to find people who actually know what customer service is and actually want to do business. I have no idea what the reviewer was talking about regarding the estimate. My estimate was within the range I was given. I believe these guys are honest; they look you right in the eye and explain everything to you. NO FAST TALKING HERE!My carpet looks great. Trust me, my carpet looked yucky before. Do yourself a favor and call these guys QUICK!

I'm so pleased with these folks! They did a fabulous job of cleaning and stretching my old carpet. They did a couple of repair spots too. They were fast, friendly and professional, all at a very reasonable price. I'll call them again for sure.

I've used All Spotless Carpets 4 different times now - once when I was moving into a house and 3 x's when I was getting houses ready to sell. They are great. They're fast, courteous, and are willing to work around your schedule. They really made our carpets look much better and got the stains out. I read another poster that said their estimates were far off - I highly doubt that. They've been nothing but upfront with me and if something was going to cost more due to high traffic area, pets, etc, they've always been upfront with me from the get go and explained why. They've also worked to give me the best deal based on my needs and compared to any ads they were running. I will always use and recommend them!

Thom and Joni did a great job stretching some nasty wrinkles out of my carpet. They scheduled an appointment for the day after I called. Great service! They showed up at the scheduled time, and were very friendly, professional, and courteous. I had no qualms at all letting them into my home. They took a quick survey of the problem areas, deciding from which wall to start etc. It?s obvious Thom and Joni know what they are doing. Their work is excellent and they cleaned up the areas very well once they finished stretching and cutting. I found the price to be fair, especially considering the quality of the job they did. I absolutely recommend ACS. My carpet looks so much better!

I did not have a good experience with Carpet Dry Cleaning. I was putting my house on the market and had some pet stains that I needed to have removed. I called them and got an estimate, but when they actually came out, the price charged was about $100 more then the estimate. The explanation I was given was that it would be the ""best quality - so I needed to pay more""... And then, they powdered all of the carpets - moved most of the furniture (I did notice that some things I specifically asked to have move - and paid more for them to move - weren't actually moved) and cleaned the carpets. The carpets looked SPOTLESS and I could not have been happier for the first day. But after I vacuumed ONE TIME the next day, all of the stains were back, and it was like nothing had ever been done. I ended up feeling like i paid about 3 times more money then I could have paid other companies - and had absolutely NO results the day after they left. So needless to say, I was HIGHLY not impressed.

Thom and Joni were incredibly professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. Many service companies cannot be bothered with explaining to you what they are doing -- Thom spent a lot of time reviewing the procedures and answering my questions. They could have completed the job in about two hours if I had not asked so many questions but they were more interested in educating me and making me happy with the outcome. I highly, highly recommend them as I think they are concerned about service, the customer, and know their product. Select ASC before anyone else!

All Spotless recently completed the carpet cleaning for the College Inn Apartments here in Raleigh North Carolina in order to help prepare apartments for the annual move in of new residents. They provided absolutely outstanding customer service, were always on-time, in fact almost always early. They had an amazing attitude the entire time regardless of the fact that we were always pulling them away from one job to send to another one. I absolutely recommend this service for anyone with carpets needing a heavy, thorough cleaning.

I've actually never written a citysearch review before, although I often rely on them to find companies in the area. My husband and I just bought a house. The previous owners smoked and we were aware of this, but didn't realize how bad the cigarette smoke and nicotine damage was until all their furniture was moved out and we got in for a final look. Talk about terrible! I found ASC through citysearch reviews and called them to set up an appointment.

I couldn't be there for the appointment, but my husband said they were fantastic people that explained the whole process to him, showed a sample cleaning area, and gave an honest assessment of what could and could not be done to save the carpet. If we had the money, we'd probably replace it all to completely get rid of the smell, but a carpet cleaning from ASC is the next best thing!

When I got home I could tell an amazing difference in the carpet. There are some hard to reach spots along the wall where there are years of nicotine build up. Thom showed my husband how we could clean those areas ourselves if we did not want to incur more costs. Since we're expecting our first child in June,. we opted to schedule another appointment and have them come back and work on those spots for us. The carpets already look a 100% better than they did before -- which is saying a lot when you think about 8 years of nicotine build-up on the floor.

I would HIGHLY recommend ASC to anyone and I'll be keeping their number to use again in the future!

These guys are awesome, I have had them clean carpets, a couch, and a mattress for me, and I was so happy every time! They just kept trying until the stains were gone, and what's more, they DON'T COME BACK! I recommend them for maintenance cleaning, too; even carpets without stains can have very gross stuff in them. They came to my house to clean 2 rooms. They got the cleaning product everywhere - on my furniture. I had to wait 1 hour and then vacuum it up myself. The carpet did not look any different after they left. Although they cleaned up the product they got on my furniture, I thought they should have been more careful. It was a vrey quick cleaning. In and out in what seemed like 15 minutes.
