AdvantaClean of South Wake and Johnston

We had a tremendous mess as the result of some remodeling in our home. There was a cloud of concrete dust in the air, and it was being drawn through the house in the heating system. Chuck with AdvantaClean responded immediately, started filtering the dust from the air, and began cleaning the two-story room. There are 30 windows and glass doors in this sunroom, and they were coated with dust. When AdvantaClean was done, they were all sparking and perfectly clean! We had a small kitchen fire in our apartment. For nearly $2000, Chuck Reisebeck and his team barely cleaned the walls and ceiling, and it took them two days longer than they said it would. He even blackened a wall that had already been cleaned. They brought a child with them one day.

In the end, we had to clean and paint everything ourselves.

To make matters worse, he went behind my back to the landlord, forcing us to pay for additional services we did not need. When I told him we already had someone to replace our cabinets, he called my husband repeatedly until my husband gave him permission to take measurements, not knowing I had already said no. Chuck is very sneaky and dishonest. I wouldn't trust him anywhere near my home in the future.
