Typical bait and switch scam with completely unethical business practices. If youre looking to get a radio installed its an absolute NIGHTMARE. Theyll constantly try to add additional fees before completing installation. I went to them because I found a groupon for 3M window tinting for $80 as well as a custom radio installation. I called to make an appointment and was told the following:The groupon deal is only for 35% shade. If you want to go darker, then it would cost $60 more. If you cancel your groupon and choose their IN HOUSE special, then it would be $80 for as dark as you want and if you paid CASH then you wouldnt have to pay taxes. (bait and switch) Over the phone, I was quoted $120 for a radio installation. When I got to the store, they said it would actually be $160. They installed the radio, but it had HORRIBLE background noise. I had to bring it back twice and they wanted me to pay extra each time to get it to work. I took my car to find a 2nd opinion and found out that the radio they sold me was a cheap NESA radio, which has a history of causing background noise. Its an unethical scam tactic to get a customer to buy their service KNOWING theyll be able to charge the customer more to get it completely installed correctly. Save your time and money and go to one of the MANY other tint/audio stores in the area. These guys are absolutely terrible!

I was there from 10 in the morning to 6 in the evening trying to get my tint done. 8 hour tint job. Needs to be done in one hour
