Amazing staff and service! I took my 2003 Toyota Celica to Triple A for a new catalytic converter and muffler. After they installed a stock muffler, I decided I wanted something a bit louder. When I called the next day, Bobby Evans was very understanding and told me to bring it back in. Upon arriving, Bobby told me he knew exactly what kind of exhaust I wanted. He was right! Triple A service is most definitely 5 star and I will definitely be returning when needed. Highly recommended.

I went in for a state inspection and was greeted by a rude guy who seemed to be either the owner or the manager. After waiting around for about 20 minutes without being told how long it would be to get my car in, they finally told me that my car was up next. THE GUY WHO WENT TO MOVE MY CAR BROKE THE GEAR SHIFT!!! I wasn't in the car to see what happened, but my guess is that he forgot to push the clutch in and tried to force the gear shift into place. He said it wouldn't go into gear...um, yeah...that's what happens when you don't put the clutch in! The pin connecting the shifter to the cables "popped out". They apparently fixed it by popping it back in, but since I didn't get to see it before they put it back, I don't really trust that it wasn't damaged. I left and went somewhere else to get the state inspection right after and it passed the inspection, no problem. Going to Triple A Muffler was a huge mistake. SAVE YOUR CARS AND AVOID THIS PLACE! A better place to go is Rick's Auto Repair and Body Shop. Their employees are friendly and they didn't break my car!

They did a great job on my muffler installation. Their price is reasonable, and above all, they're good people who treat you with honesty and good service. I highly recommend them.

I have found them to be the best in the area. They checked my auto and discussed my auto needs without being pushy about my getting my repairs/installations with them. I found them to have fair prices. And their repairs/installations last, no redos for me.
