This cleaners is not customer friendly. I had 7 pairs of jeans done there and 5 pairs came back with the steam hole and presser marks and very shiny. I called to inform on Tuesday about the problem and was told to bring them back and they would redo them, was not told I would be charged, Returned today was told I'd have to pay for the having them redone, why should I pay for their mistakes. I was a new customer, would not recommend this cleaner. They DO NOT CARE about the CUSTOMER!
