I love my car, but it doesn't have a backup camera. New Image was the third place I went to in the area to check prices and equipment. It was by far the best priced and the best equipment. My backup camera looks great and has not given me any issues.

This place is great! I called the day before I brought my car in to have an aux input installed and Sam gave me a quote and told me how long it would take. I showed up the next morning and the staff there was super nice and accommodating. Sam took care of everything and was very nice throughout everything. They told me it would take about an hour to an hour and a half and in the end it only ended up taking about 30 minutes, and I was charged the exact amount that was quoted.



I'll definitely be coming back here for anything I need! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I had a amp and sub installed by these guys recently. They were as great as the other reviews said. The installation took them a bit longer than they thought but they kept me informed, kept the install nice and clean, and did an overall great job! I would certainly recommend these guys to anyone in the Dallas or surrounding area looking for a car stereo upgrade to give these guys a visit!

Unbelievable back up and responsibility for their product. I had several problems with a product and Sam (co-owner) 100% backed it up at his expense. The shop policy is fabulous, one I certainly can trust. I just wish all my dealings with other places equaled this one. I cannot say enough! I definitely recommend this place over ANY other car audio business in Dallas! And I have been to many to realize this is THE place you want to come get your car audio and electronics!

New Image Autosports sold me a very nice Alpine system, had it all installed within an hour or so of purchase, and did a great job of installing it. A previous owner of my car had done a terrible job of installing a stereo and made a complete mess of things, but the New Image folks cleaned it all up and made it all right again. The cost was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Junior & Sam!

I'm a bit of a speeder, so when it came down to time to help protect myself from speeding tickets my search began. After visiting several stores ie, Car Toys, and others, I decided to go with New Image Autosports. It was one of the best experiences i have had working on my car. got an excellent price and install on laser interceptor and the passport 9500 ci. the fit and finish are top quality. the work was done efficiently and the car was given back to me in the time agreed upon. i can't say enough about this place. do not hesitate to utilize their expertise. i know i will in the future!

I had my car recently outfitted with an auxilliary for my Honda Civic 2002 so that I can listen to my iPod. I received prompt and knowledgeable service. The staff was friendly and helpful and the results in the car were seamless and clean. I am already recommending this to my friends. Also, here I was quoted over 100$ less than some other local "big time" retailer, which had mediocre reviews. Their new shop looks amazing! Definitely check them out for your automotive audio needs!

Professional and courteous....every other stereo shop told me that it was not possible for me to get a double din stereo in my 2014 chevy corvette, New Image Autosports is the only shop that agreed this was a tedious job but they could do it. they did it perfect to where it looks like factory. I will definitely be recommending them to other people!

Ok, I would not normally leave a review visiting a retail store, let alone a car audio store. But seriously these guys were great. I am too used to pushy, aggressive sales people, who talk too much, and tell you too little information in regards to the product. Junior and his crew are spectacular, down to earth human beings! They treated me like family, and I felt very comfortable giving them my business and expensive vehicle. I will definitely see them again for any of my car needs!

These guys understand how to make your music sound GOOD! That's why I asked them to install my stereo two times -- once in my old car (last year) and now in my new Jetta. My commute is so much better than it used to be! Their expertise and craftsmanship make for such a better end-result than going to a basic retail store, guessing what you need, and installing it yourself.

i seen there ad on craigslist found the radio i wanted at a really good price clean looking store lots of products and good deals.

Really cool guys working here. Honest bunch and they took care of programming my alarm for only $20 bucks... normally $40 at every other shop i checked. these places can sometimes seem intimidating.... But I felt very comfortable there. Would go back for future audio!

i traveled all the way from arlington delt with new image auto sports before and i walked in told the guy what i wanted and how much i had to spend and he helped me out alot got exactly what i wanted no hassels or anything. and they will have me as a customer for as long as i love car audio. they dont look down on you if you dont have alot of money to spend they actually help you get close to what you want i would highly recommend them to family and friends

If i could give them less than one star i would... Never been so disappointed in a business. The owner was incredibly disrespectful the entire time, and not just with me but with another customer that i saw in the store. No one working at this garland location is in sync with the other... one employee told me one thing and the next told me something completely different. If you are looking to get anything for car, DO NOT go to new image... you are not taking care of at all, like you would if you went just ANYWHERE else. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST RUN BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN! Save yourself he trouble and go anywhere else

The product is great. The prices start out great. The owner Samir (Sam) is a liar and a cheat. He advertises on Craigslist and almost never has the items in stock but he does have the upgraded one which will only cost $100 more. I believe it's called bait and switch Sam the owner will say don't worry about the 30 exchange policy if it takes u 6-8 weeks to get the additional funds to upgrade. Then when it was time to upgrade 6 weeks later Sam wouldn't even talk to me he kept having the assistant talk like be didn't have the time for me. OHHH and my biggest issue is he speaks to his assistant in another language while he is trying to sell something like he is adjusting the price to his assistant in a different language. I will NEVER refer any one to this place nor will I ever set foot in the store again.

Told it would be 40$ for install. Nope wopping 100$ somehow on a coupe. Just to hook up my one speaker and amp. They used electrical tape. Came back the next day bc my boom wasnt working. They gave me cheap electrical connectors and told me it wouldnt be a easy fix. Like telling me I had to fix it. I wanted to throw the cheap wires back at them. Horrible. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there for system install.

We all know small shops are known for small quantity in products, with little to no variety in products sold and service. This shop BLEW ME AWAY. When you first walk in there is BRAND name merchandise everywhere! They were slammed with customers getting their vehicles done I was shocked. Not what I expected! They were booked for days (x-mas holiday) so I was luckily able to get my car in before the holiday was passed so I could get a full audio system in my sons truck. Besides the insane deals on the brand name merchandise, the install was immaculate! It is a little known secret in the DFW area (for now). They have been open for 5 years and can see why their business is strong and growing! CANT BE BEAT PRICES, SUPER CLEAN PROFESSIONAL INSTALLS, & GREAT PERSONALITY SALES & INSTALLERS! I was seriously blown away. I was referred by a friend, and I got more than I expected! Thank you New Image Autosports. Ask for Sam!!
