Came in to Dallas Pro Audio & Tint and the owner Omar was very clear on my options for window tint and helped me decide which tint to use. He definately helped me out by giving me great tint service and excellent customer service while also not taking every dollar I have like other shops tried to do. I really highly recommend Dallas Pro Audio & Tint in Garland. Owner and installer both very friendly and make you feel welcome. The best thing about it is they did not try to forcefully sell me a bunch of other products like a normal salesman.

BEWARE! Took my brand new BMW 328i Coupe to get tinted by Dallas Pro Audio and Tint. They performed such a poor job, there were huge bubbles around each corner of all 3 windows. They said to leave my car in the sun and the bubbles would go down on their own. This was NOT true! I then paid a SECOND time, with no complaints from me because I just wanted it done right... and they not only left the same unsightly bubbles, but hair and dust was also left between the glass and tint. Dirty and gross! To add MORE fuel to this fire... they permanently damaged the rear window glass on my vehicle. The defroster lines (which also double as antennas, navigation and radio reception, etc) were scratched off. The beauty and original integrity of my NEW car is ruined and they fail to compensate me for their damage in any way. Their insurance company has been contacted, and they ALSO fail to make this unfortunate situation right. TISK TISK!

This negative review will be removed when they agree to pay for a replacement windshield.

SCAM! Not an authorized 3M installer! They broke the rain sensor in my BMW during installation! Omar tries to deny it even after a BMW dealer gave a written statement that it's broken from tint install. Will cost $800 to fix!
First trip there took FOUR HOURS & the new guy scratched the tint on several windows! Had to go back Again to get it "fixed" and took another FIVE HOURS!
On top of that- CLEAR 3M film was supposed to be put on my front windshield to reflect heat, instead Blue was put on which is ILLEGAL.
Read their Yelp reviews! Dozens of people have been ripped off!

My brand new 2015 Charger got a$160 3 inch razor cut on the paint, courtesy of Dallas Pro Audio and Tint. Omar, denied, denied, denied. Pathetic customer service. They were working 2 inches from where the cut in the paint is and it wasn't there before going there. There was a couple arguing with him about paint scratches on there car as well. He was denying it with them too. I work in the security and law enforcement field and I am getting the forensic guy to look at it. If he doesn't man up and fix what his guys did, then will probably sue. Check out his reviews on YP. They are horrible. Please share this and pay it forward please. Thanks

Do not trust Omar! Tint job had scratches, peeling and bubbles. Took back for repair, took 5 hours and there's scratches and bubbles in the new work, along with a black mark in the middle of my backseat. I wouldn't recommend Dallas Pro Audio & Tint!! STAY AWAY!!!

3 days straight going to see Omar at shop for fixing issues, 3/4 hrs per day sitting at shop, NOW my rain sensor is damage due to installation and sensor got wet inspectes by BMW dealer. Cost of repair $800.00! I AM NOT ALONG WITH SUCH EXPERIENCE.

The owner was professional and made sure the job was done right. Nice shop with an awesome waiting room area. Omar is awesome! I'm glad I found this shop and will always go to it for anything I need. My tint looks amazing, thanks Dallas Pro Audio! The prices were so affordable! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants the job done right for a good price!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Based on my experience with Omar (the owner), I would not recommend this place. I had a groupon for a full car tint and it took them over 3 hours to complete it. This was after I had called on several days and tried to schedule an appointment but was told to just "walk in" on a weekday to avoid the crowd and get the car tinted in an hour. While I was waiting at the shop, Omar was manipulative and kept denying having told me the car would be done in an hour.

The final straw was when my father went in to get his car done (because I had purchased a gift-groupon for him) and Omar refused to provide him service based on the bad review I had posted on facebook. This is the height of unprofessional behavior. He had a chance to redeem himself but instead he chose to leave me a message on my facebook review, proudly stating the fact that he had refused my father service because of the bad review I gave him.

Whatever you do not patronize this business & please pass it on! I purchased a LivingSocial voucher for two windows to be tinted. When I arrived the second time they wanted to upgrade for $20 extra dollars. I said yes then he tried to tax me on the upgrade & then tax me for the voucher! I decided not to upgrade & proceeded to give him the $2.06 for tax on voucher. He literally throw the money back & said no I don't need your business. A lady behind me questions the tax. & he did her the same way! You know I'm on a campaign to find the owner of this business. He claim to be but I doubt it very seriously! Please help & pass the word!

Got my new car tinted and they did a great job! It was done with laser cut edges and high quality. The computerized laser machine that cuts the tint works so fast, I was in an out when usually a tint job all over would take hours. Customer service is great.

STAY AWAY from these guys! They don't know what they're doing and forbid you address their faulty work; you'll likely get yelled at, extorted for money to fix THEIR mistakes and told to GET OUT like I was.They messed up my brow and my tint has creases and bubbles in it and 3wks after the cure period and I was told I was BOTHERING HIM. Since I posted the video of HIS OWN unprofessionalism and extortion, he's called me over 500 times, sends racist disgusting texts and has called me the N word several times along with countless gay slurs.
