Terrible. Inconvenient hours. Disastrous elevators. When an elevator is out of order, you have to go completely across the building. Video game playing adult children acting as management that laugh at you. I have never seen worse customer service. I am price sensitive... but the cheaper price is not worth it.

Safe & Secure was a god send in these tough economic times. Not only did their prices blow away every other company, their manager was professional and knowledgeable and the facility was exceptionally clean. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'll be sure to recommend you to family and friends too.

Do not store your stuff in this location. the owners of this establishment are dishonest, and don't care about your personal belongings. If you're late with payments they will sell off your stuff real quick, or throw it out without warning (I lost all of my personal belongings, much of which were invaluable family keepsakes and personal records) an employee even admitted to me that the new management doesn't care about anything except getting the rental money. I am a small business owner and normally would never write a bad review about another company, but I write this to make you aware. the last thing that a company like this should do is take people's personal belongings and just throw them away. you give a client every opportunity possible to recover their items, and in my case this didn't happen. before you rent, get the policy of the company in writing, and check to see if they have been the subject of complaints, or get feedback from past or present renters.
