Been there twice. First, I called as I saw the Grand Opening sign, made an appointment for two, and when we got there they said sorry, not ready yet but they will open the next day and scheduled us for then. No big deal. We went for the new scheduled appt and there was only 1 mani & 1 pedi tech. They did a good enough job but we were there for 2 1/2 hours. At 40% off prices, the gel manicure and basic pedi was still $38.00. Without this discount we would go elsewhere. We decided to go back as they said they would be getting more techs and we could have our mani's & pedi's done at the same time. The sale is lasting a month so we went a 2nd time. I asked for appts we could have together as we use it as a time for us to talk & hang out. I stressed the importance of this. We get there & he starts us with pedi's. My girl started me, then took a 15 min lunch break. Somehow she still finished me 1st. We went to do mani's & they sat us far apart though we were the only 2 having mani's. I said we needed to be sat next to each other & the tech said how we were was fine. I inisted & she sighed hard but complied. Then they start our mani's, someone in a rush comes in, they stop my friend and start her. We arrived 1:45 sharp for our appt & it was now 3:15. My friend said forget hers then because the tech didn't come back for over 15 minutes. Really??? Anyway we won't be going back. Not an apology or a sorry to be heard. My friend went elsewhere that day as her nails were clipped first & then soaked (also weird) before the tech started the other girl & while she was there a girl who had just had a pedi at e-nails was getting a pedi there. She said they did a horrible job on her pedi. Beautiful in appearance but horrible time, cost, and customer service wise.
