Had wind damage to awning on motor home in which it was totally destroyed and paint damage. Insurance paid for repairs in check made out to Bob’s Performance and myself. Signed check so Bob could order new awning (which I wouldn’t do again). Besides awning damage we also wanted to have Bob look at heater (noisey). We decided to not have the paint damage repaired when we took the mh to shop. Bob then got a little snappy with me and said that he would just not have us pay the $100 deductible (that would just be a wash). The problem with that is the paint damage was $233 that he got paid by insurance. Then Bob said he would not charge us for the heater repairs ($250). My husband and I then said that would be fine but I would like a receipt showing what work was done. Bob reluctantly gave me a receipt after some time on the computer. Awning bar was dented, so we came back two weeks later to have new bar installed. All went well in one day (the mh was usually there for one week on prior repairs). Upon final completion I asked for a receipt with a zero balance (prior receipt showed $600 balance in which Bob said he was writing off for us as a favor). Bob then took about 10 minutes to move his figures around so he could show a zero balance. While doing so Bob was YELLING at me saying that I was being fraudulent in not having the paint job done, my husband and I have not been happy since day one and that we need to take our business somewhere else. I believe that Bob made money on us and was fraudulent in the way that he changed the figures around just to have a zero balance. Our final receipt doesn’t show anything about what he got from insurance, deductible amount, paint repairs that we elected to not have done and the heater repair price is lower than originally stated. DON’T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH BOB AND HIS SHOP !!!

Don't trust this man or his crooked shop. He did almost $3500 worth of what my insurance company termed "parts and labor paid for and not performed" and another approx. $2600 in body work that was coming apart a week after he "finished" it (even though he had kept it 4 MONTHS for what should have been a 2-3 week job at the most. I wish I would have known prior to the accident that Bob was already a convicted felon! GEICO paid me back for the $3400 in fraudulent work and parts, but then chose not to spend any more money pursuing Bob's crimes. Oh and these first 2 reviews are from Bob himself (Bob Sedlmayr). He wont even follow the rules posted to the right on here!

Bob's Performance Center deserves way more than 5 stars! Bob and Melissa are amazing! I had never been to this shop prior to the recent work that I had done. I am so impressed with the excellent communication, friendly customer service, and quality work that I will continue to take my vehicles to Bob and his staff for any future repairs that I need done. We don't live in the area, but it will be well worth the drive to have them repair our vehicles. We are confident in their knowledge, experience, honesty, and fairness! Thank you so much Bob, Melissa, and the Bob's Performance Team, you are awesome!
