The company offers a full range of real estate services and products that include mortgages, title insurance, relocation services, insurance products, and warranties. It also provides relocation services that include utility transfers and moving options. RealtySouth deals with the purchase, lease and sale of residential and commercial properties, including land, offices, condominiums, furnished and unfurnished homes, town homes, schools and retail facilities. It provides connection services in partnership with more than 400 service providers, including BellSouth, Comcast, Dish Network, DirecTV and the Wall Street Journal. RealtySouth also offers a line of mortgage products through Homeservices Lending. In addition, it features an American Home Shield home warranty program that covers dishwashers, built-in microwaves, trash compactors, plumbing and electrical systems, water heaters and exhaust fans. With over 1,100 employees, the company operates more than 25 branch offices in Alabama. RealtySouth is located in Gardendale, Ala.
