ups doing a monkey business. I suppose to receive this package on Jan 2nd but still didn't receive it. When I track the shipment it says The receiver has moved and we have contact the receiver. That is big lie. Don't do lousy job UPS. If u don't know how to ship a package on time please learn from DHL EXPRESS. They know how to do it. Gardena, CA, United States 01/02/2015 9:54 P.M. Drivers drive right past your house. Dont even try to deliver the package. Then say the address is wrong and needs correction...guess what its the same address you said was wrong. Maybe this time ring the door bell

I was suppose to receive a package on Friday, i waited and i went outside of my apartment and i found the ups info notice in the floor i called and they told me that they try to deliver at 5:30pm but nobody was home and i replied that i was at home and i left the door open from 3:00-6:30pm and nobody notified me or nobody even try to deliver the package probably cuz it was heavy......

A very deeply confused and confusing system of delivery and tracking. After many days, all I have learned is that essentially my package could be anywhere. And nobody seems to have any clue how to find it - or to be able to tell me where in the world it may be. After a week of conflicting and constantly changing stories, I have new definitions for frustration and aggravation. For the record, I was here when they said they tried to deliver the package and signed form for it to be left the next day... but no.
Sylvia went out of her way to help me get a package right before I left for Asia.

UPS seems to have completely lost the ability to deliver packages to correct addresses, doesn't know where packages are, in spite of what the tracking info shows, and seems to mess up the simplest of deliveries. I've been on the phone with them for 3 days now, just trying to get my package.
