It prepares a variety of salads, such as home-style, deli and country salads, home-style pasta salads, salad bases, premium home-style, southwestern style and seafood salads. It also markets packaged salads. In addition to salads, Risvold s Inc. offers handmade Sedona espresso cakes, packaged spreads, dips, desserts, fresh fruits and sugar-free desserts.
