I was told repairman would be there the next day (Tuesday) between 10&11and the house call is $25 CASH. I called at 11on Tuesday, he said he said 5. then at 12 he calls and said he would be there in 1 hour. At 3:30 he called and said he he was out early today and his car over heated but would be out on Saturday and he would quote me $500. I told him he had not even looked at the tv then he said " its to far ". He advertised "proudly serving Palmdale".

About 6 months ago my parents called them for a TV repair. We saw an ad on the newspaper. One of their guy. His name was Hung. He came to our house and checked on or TV, it was a big screen sony. He said that he can't fix it right away because it required more work, so he took the TV with him. He said that he had to bring it back to the shop and work on it. we deposited around $120 in total. He promises us it will be done in around 2 weeks, but 2 weeks went by, it was not done, he asked us to give him more time. Times went by and by, now it's 6 months, we have not received our TV back. We call him so many times, he kept extending the time over 10 times. And now, we're keep calling him but he does not answer his phone or keep in contact with us. He admited to us that he couldn't fix the TV, but we don't understand why he won't give it back to us. Now he just dissappear won't answer his phone when we called. But of course, we will take this to further action, I won't leave it like this

I do not know how or why you advertise this company, but I hade them come out to install an outside antenna, Where should I start? first of all I told them that my dish was located on a high roof, they came with no latter, they came in a car that was hardly running, they smell like they lived in their car so unprofessional, did not speak english very well and what really got me was when they told me that the dish was to high for them to climb on the roof.Please take their address and wed site off your listing because their web site is so misleading and is not as professional as it looks.
