Pho Quang Trung is a family-owned restaurant proud to serve the best authentic Vietnamese food. The restaurant began in 2003 and has been serving families from all over the world. Pho Quang Trung story was started by a man who has so much passion about pho. With his own recipe, Pho Nguyen Hue Restaurant was opened with friends in 1987. The restaurant is currently located on Bolsa Ave, Ca. If you are familiar with pho restaurants in San Jose, the head chefs of Pho Kim Long and Pho Thien Long are his siblings. Both restaurants are very well-known in San Jose. With success of Pho Nguyen Hue and his siblings' restaurants, he decided to open Pho Quang Trung with his family. With the larger kitchen at Pho Quang Trung, we were able to introduce more specialties for our customers. Pho Quang Trung focuses on the quality and the quanity of the food we serve. Pho Quang Trung specializes in pho, especially Pho Ga, a must try if you are a pho lover. Our chicken are freshly prep daily to be fresh and tender. However, if pho is not your cup of tea, many will tell you Bun Cha Hanoi, Cha Ca Thang Long, Com Suon Nuong Op La, Mi Hai Vi Tom Lon and many more are among some the favorites with our customers.
