The Doctor is so great and nice. She explained everything. Also, Thu provides great services and always follow up.

Great Service. I been coming here since I was a kid. Dr. Thuy and staff is friendly and are always happy to see me when I return every year. I recommend everyone to come if they need a new pair of glasses or sunglasses.

I went to New View for my glasses last year and took all my family members here for service. I got very negative feed back from all family members about the service and the staffs. My brother glasses keep falling off the frames he ended up going to Costco to buy new one, so are my mom's and sisters'. The receptionist talks like fishmonger and lies, and it seems that she is always rushing the customers when one calls to inquire about the arrival of the glasses. The mother of one of the doctor( the lady with central vn accent) is not much better. The customer service is cleary lacking here. I am so disappointed with the staff here. The Doctor, I dont know her name, but she has southern accent, is very nice and good with what she does. However, before patients get to see the Dr, they get turn off by the front desk staffs.
