A little history: I lived at Oceanfront from 2012 - 2013 when the property was owned and managed by Arcadian Communities. I found Oceanfront to be a great community with amazing views, friendly staff and low-maintenance. The Arcadian manager (Vickie) was fantastic to work with and made sure that all my maintenance needs were met. They made my stay at oceanfront very enjoyable. In 2013, right before my lease ended, Arcadian Communities sold this property to First Capital Advisers. From what I understand, First Capital Advisers made false promises to residents, some of which included Apartment renovations, new amenities, etc. First Capital Advisers also rented to unqualified renters who couldn't pay rent. It's because of First Capital Advisers that Oceanfront now has a tarnished name. In February 2019, Oceanfront Apartments was purchased by Nova Asset Management Company.

April 2019: I am returning to Oceanfront Lofts! The new staff (heather in particular) are fantastic to work with and are completing renovations on apartments! The new look is great and they are putting a lot of money into restoring the property, grills, pools, tennis courts and all the other amenities. There is still a LOT of work to be done and Nova is making excellent progress.

Oceanfront Lofts is close to dining, shopping and is just steps away from the Seawall and beach. Oceanfront has covered open parking with lots of space. Each unit includes a large storage room (quite large actually), an ocean view and updated appliances and countertops. There are laundry facilities on each floor that are free to residents.

Oceanfront Apartments still needs lots of work but seeing as though Nova just acquired this property two months ago, more time is needed to bring things up to their higher standard.
