Cutstomer service is not about being at our beckon call. I go to one of the owners who I think is very talented. Her name is Diana and she is excellent. If I based my appointments on people being 100% on time I would have no stylist. I feel if I sit a chair and they give me their undivided attention then I would expect them to do that for another client. The cut is well worth the wait. Good shop they try hard.

Upon recommendation of a friend, I made an appointment with Jeannette and had to wait a week to get an appt. They called the day before to confirm. I showed at my scheduled time and after a few minutes wait I was informed that Jeannette would not be ready for about more 15 minutes. What's the point of making an appointment? And there were two stylists sitting there doing nothing. You would think, knowing I was a new customer, that maybe they could have offered to assist me since waiting for Jeannette was not an option. Poor Customer Service... Won't be back!!
