I am a less-than-experienced diy'er and Dennis walked me through how much I would need when he took my order, and the step-by-step process of what I needed to do, which I appreciated a lot. My order shipped promptly, and when I called with further questions I recieved more great advice from a very kind lady who answered at the time. VERY friendly customer service! In a world where we become less customer friendly, I VALUE THIS! I usually believe in shopping local, but when the lady at our paint store was rude to me about my needs that I resorted to searching the product on the internet. No regrets.
