Great experience, good glasses after bad made in Dubuque for 450. She did for less and I see so much better.

This experience was unlike any eye doctor visit I've had before. I went in for an eye exam and needed a new supply of contact lenses (I had a 3 week supply of lenses at home, knowing it may take a couple of weeks for the new ones). The exam went well, but discovered I needed a special kind of corrective lenses. The Dr. said she could order samples of these certain lenses to try and they arrived after 1 week. While trying the samples, I discovered they were uncomfortable and called the office. The Dr. said she would order new samples and give me a call when they arrived. After not hearing anything for almost 2 weeks, I called the office back to check the status of the contacts. The receptionist said the Dr. would give me a call later that day to discuss the situation and she never called. All the while, I have run out of my 3-week supply of contacts at home, leaving me to reuse my disposable contact lenses. I have called another office and will never visit here again.
