Great Company and Great customer service what more can you ask for :)

Great company. We contacted them to take care of some of our commerical needs. One of the local Capitol One Bank reps suggested we give them a call and when we did, we were pleased with their knowledge and the employee who came to the office to discuss products and services they offered. I liked that this guy had well over 18 years of experience in the business and was individually licensed as a Home Improvement salesman as well as a licensed PCO. Took two hours in an initial meeting and gave us our monies worth considering we spent now well over 15k with the company. Their Maryland staff, I believe Kelly is her name and their General Service Manager, I can't remember his name, but know he went to college at Georgetown were excellent and attentive towards my employees enough for me to refer them to several of my employees for their own homes.

They have always been great to me and other family members. Senate is quick to respond to any pest problems I have.

I paid $90.00 per quarter with no evidence that my property had ever been serviced. They informed me that I was to receive 1 visit per quarter unless I call for additional service. No paperwork was ever left indicating that they had ever serviced my home or property during any quarter. After calling they said they would furnish receipts of the service. I question if even the receipts are real. Pathetic service for an expensive cost.

3 years ago, I bought 10 years termite damage insurance with them. One year later, they said it is illegal to spread termite chemical in maryland anymore, and I needed to install the monitors around the house for. They charge me $1000 for the installation, and after 2 years, the contract can be renewed at "quarter to quarter" basis. Now 2 years past, they came again to push me to "upgrade" the monitor system for additional $2500. I said I need some time to consider, the sales man attempted to push me sign the contract right away, I refused. Finally he said I don't trust him, so he canceled the contract with me. My advice is pay attention to this kind of company, read all the fine prints of the contract before you sign it.
