This is not the place for good customer service. Called put in an order, asked if senior citizen discount or disability discount applied, owner got snippy he was a small business. O.K. my husband called back to ask him to hold the order due to wanting to order more materials and he said he could not hold the order even though it had not been processed yet. The order I knew was not shipping until the next week due to him I'm sure being a middle man, and he jumped my husband and told him to do him a favor and never call him again for anything and hung up. WOW, I know we all can have a bad day but I've been in customer service for 30 years and never treated a customer so poorly. We called another vendor in NC and got twice the product for the same amount of money including the shipping. Live and learn I guess RF Connections owner does not want anymore business. He just got his wish!
