Do you feel worthless and incapable? Are you wanting change but don't know how? I can help you achieve your goals to become a healthier and happier person. Weather these goals are personal, relational, or professional I can guide you through your personal transformation, help you find more joy and peace and let go of unnecessary stress and turmoil in your life. Typically I visit with clients in time-limited and ongoing therapy on a weekly basis. Additionally, I provide service on a more intensive basis meeting 2-3 times per week for individuals who are in crisis or who are highly motivated for change.
