My wife and we're sitting in our bed around 8:30 pm around Thanksgiving when we heard a large bang come from the streeet. A few seconds later we lost power. I went outside and saw our powe company doing some work. I went down to the basement to turn my breakers on but smelled an extremely heavy plastic burning type smell coming from our panel. Apparently, Pepco caused a huge surge to come into our house and fried out several breakers, our oven, jacuzzi, and furnace. We called a numerous companies and the only ones to even pick up the phone was Electrical Connections. Our technician Guillermo was great. What what most impressed my wife and I was how he put us at ease and his knowledge and the way he explained everything to us. He found significant damage to our panel which we are going to have to replace. I highly recommend this company.
