I have gone here for over a year and had been thrilled with the results. I even could put up with the incredibly long wait (up to an hour) and occasional inconvenient trip back to be touched up when the first visit wasn't didn't come out right. I thought it was worth the final results and friendly staff. However, the last two visits were terrible and the results were subpar at best. When I made an appt. to show the doctor the poor outcome of my last visit. He frankly told me that it was the best he could do. Well, considering how dramatically different my previous results had been, this was a complete shock to me. Also, staff with whom I had never dealt before were curt with no apologies for the wait. My feeling is that the doctor really didn't care and is probably wanting to concentrate on higher priced procedures, but who would want that here if he is going to brush off simple work that isn't done to the highest standards. With so many cosmetic doctors out there, skip this one.

Kind easy to talk with, I have had all types of treatments here over 5 years. Price can not be beat!

Sorry, this was a joke. My daughter sat & waited over an hour for me & I specifically timed our appts. so that would not happen. I did not tip which is something I never do. They were just rude & certainlydid not seem to want new clients although they asked when we would be a good time for us to return. For what? Nothing happened that we couldn't have done ourselves at home.
