I was hesitant to go due to all the negative reviews listed below, but I've had such poor results everywhere else I went that I finally decided to try Nordine's. I LOVED it!! I was greeted by name upon my arrival - having never been there before. I was immediately offered a beverage, and waited less than 5 minutes for my hair appointment. Po did a wonderful job matching my color and gave me a beautiful cut and I am very hard to please. I will be back!

Had my hair done today & it's the best it has ever looked! Facial was yesterday & I've already made another appt. for an Oxygen facial. {There was a 65 yr. old that had 1 & she did NOT look to be in her 60's at all.} Nails are the best too! Go early in the week if you can & everyone really takes their time & IT SHOWS!

Massages are NOT as advertised. Time is too short, pressure is too light, {my 10 year old daughter does better}, wait time is long & even longer for haircuts & facials. They need to be more professional all around and cleaner as well. {Carpets need to be removed and some KILZ paint wouldn't hurt along with a good professional cleaning job.} Employees complain about the cheapskate owner & of course it shows in the level of work. I get the overall feeling that there is a lot of bad feelings amongst the employees and it make clients uneasy. Pricing is extreme; i.e., massages are cheap, facials & hair services are too over priced. Big turnaround with some employees & the ones that have been there for awhile are disgruntled BIG-TIME!

I feel as if the $ spent here was wasted on a massage package. The first 2 were great but now that I have some more to go I'd just like my $ back. Employees need to be more professional. They whine about their problems & how cheap the owner is. If they don't like the salon-LEAVE! Will return to finish up the package & then look elsewhere. Seems like salons treat you nice @ the beginning when the credit card is swiped but afterwards ??? Need to be more timely as well. I no longer rush to be on time as they NEVER are. There are some talented people working here - one just needs to get them on a good day!

Massage was weak & it was supposed to have been deep tissue. Massage therapist was running late, yet did not make up for lost time. In fact she had the audacity to finish early. Also, she was not caring/pleasant which meant she did not massage the muscles that were really bothering me. Why bother asking potential clients in the first place? Will not waste money on what should be a luxury.

Tried both massage therapists and they need to keep their services regulated. First visit was great with each one but afterwards...they did not give me or my friend the full amount of time and the massage just wasn't much. Salon prices are better than most high end places; just need to catch the massage therapists early in the day and hope for the best! Definitely spoiled by their facials, this girl won't let us leave until she's covered all the bases & customers DO appreciate that. Same with our hairstylist; she's not afraid to spend extra time in order for the cut/color to be perfect. That's the kind of service that keeps lifelong clients!

Salon Nordine & Day Spa is truly a 'spa experience'. They offer wonderful massages with all types of facials including microdermabrasion & chemical peels. Their stylists are well informed of the latest hairstyles & newest coloring techniques. The people are friendly and really try their best to keep their clientele. It shows because the phone is always ringing while they do their best to accommodate your personal schedule. My family has noticed a change in me that has reduced my look by at least 5-7 years! That's saying a lot! I feel like I've had a makeover and I've just begun because Anne is doing her best to help my skin achieve a healthy, clear glow. Kamar helps me relax with the best 90 minute massage I've ever had while Michelle keeps my family's hair modern & healthy. My only wish is that I would have known about them 5 years ago.

I have tried many salons to be very disappointed with their high end services & pricing. Salon Nordine delivers! Kamar massaged my shoulders & back for 90 minutes & I haven't felt this good in years. Michelle styled my hair along with my daughter's & never took any of the length off. We've been searching for a stylist like this forever! They treat you with the utmost respect & their prices are unbelievably reasonable for their great services. Also, Anne does wonders with microdermabrasion, chemical peels & any type of facial imaginable.
