Awesome place ask for Marg Geris she is a great stylist

Will not return due to unprofessional facials. Had them before, (in fact I am getting microdermabrasion at another salon to fix the burns), and they ALWAYS do a patch test. She didn't even tell me she was doing a peel. When I told the 'girl' that my face was burning she actually said, "It's supposed to." I spoke up again by letting her know I was very uncomfortable and she said, "Just a few more minutes." My face was so red it bled and then was covered in in scabs for an entire week. The next esthitician noticed the redness as soon as she saw my face a month later and asked what had happened so she could correct it. I really think people should know this because clients are required to fill out quite a few forms at the beginning to lessen their liability. They also ask clients to fill out a form stating you will be on time but they NEVER were for the three of us. And please don't try to be something you aren't, they definitely need more education and practice! Just not on us please....

High pricing usually correlates to exceptional products/services. The products at this salon are great, just no one knows the correct use of them. My face was severely burned, acne scarred and so on... I really believe the public should be aware of the dangers of inexperienced people using high grade chemicals on your face/body. Wait time was 25 minutes minimum, yet the place was deserted. Probobly were scared of the exorbitant prices as I did watch people question the receptionist & walk right back out!

Salon is extremely high priced for the level of service. Will not reurn.

I've never been to salon where I've experienced so much hospitality. At Christy's Serenity the staff is so friendly and accommodating.What a great feeling, I felt as I sat in their waiting area. I noticed several certificates hanging on the wall for advanced education. Their stylists are very well educated! It's also nice to know that the owner personally trains all of the stylists. You can't go wrong here. All of the services are wonderful! I'm working my way down their list of spa services. They offer monthly specials for their existing guests so that you are able to try something different each month for a discounted price. If you need waxing then you should see Rebecca. She is dynamite & a waxing expert!!!If you want an escape from your everyday life, you should go and experience some Serenity!!!

I am a man who was looking to relax w/a nice massage & impress my girl w/a facial. Will not be returning. The facialist would not zip her lip. Something wrong with that as I was under the impression I would leave there looking & feeling better. Was very uncomfortable with this person as all she did was talk about her illnesses, {they are quite a few}, and whatever... I just got very quiet until she quit talking & finally realized I wasn't interested. Went to another salon nearby & it was the complete opposite. This lady is just that - a lady. Intelligent, quiet, less costly, and did a much better job. Someone needs to have a talk with the girl @ Serenity's as I would not EVER put up with that type of negative employee conduct.

1) Highest prices I ever saw in a salon 2) Not educated- facial was entirely wrong for my face 3) Haircut was uneven 4) Highlights were striped 5) Manager is the mother & will support her daughters before she listens to you 6) Massages are $170.00??? 7) "Salon Pedicure-the best they had"-was a waste of $$$ ($60.00???) My feet were not soft at all. 8) Unwarranted talking 9) Never on time 10) Husband noticed unfriendliness & gossip lead to an uneasy feeling afterwards! Unfortunately, Serenity is not the name for this salon.

Ironic situation with this Spa. You are asked to sign a paper stating you will always be on time for all appts. Just one thing wrong with this request - they are NOT timely - at all! Waited 30 - 75 minutes for services on 2 separate occasions. Should have walked but I really needed a haircut & was kept informed that it would only be a minute??? Next time I will listen to my intuition & get up & leave... They do carry superior products & have great services but I will check around for another salon in the meantime.
