During the recent ice storm I tried to stay at this location. I called first and was told they had openings. When I pulled to a stop in front of the office I saw immediately that there was no possible way for me to drive any further into the park. All the drives were packed with solid with a heavy layer of ice. The deciding factor was my wifes concern that the people who were running the place seemed to be high on speed. This being said, even in good weather we will not recomend this location to any one. My wife and I are elderly and we would not have felt comfortable in place like this. I recommend the RV Park located on hwy 82 that is closer to Whitesborrow. A much safer feeling place.
