Absolutely the worst CPA and Staff I have every dealt with. They never answer the phone, never return phone calls and when you finally get them after calling 10 times, they don't know anything. I took my 2-W2 forms and a Mortgage in there a full month ahead of the Filing deadline. It is now June(3 months) and they finally got it finished after I had to call and complain several times and charged me $125. I will NEVER use their services again. I suggest you find a different CPA or do it yourself online. I could have done it myself online in 1 hour with no problems, but I thought maybe I could get more back by taking it to a pro, not true, a complete let down. The entire Gainesville Tx staff should be fired.

Whoever said the above review is just absolutely ignorant. She has a lot of clients because a lot of people love her and her services. She's very efficient. And I would trust any of her staff. If you have taken the time to come in you would feel comfortable and safe with all your documents and info as soon as you get here. I recommend her 100%!

Not impressed at all. I believe she has too many clients. Always hearing excuses about other "business" she had to do taxes for. Also, never getting my voice mails(?) I do not trust any staff there.
