The staff at Outdoor Depot has always been so helpful!!! I buy all my Christmas presents and birthday gifts for all the hunters in my family from Outdoor Depot. Since I'm not a hunter myself they are very patient and explain anything I may not understand. I would much rather shop here than any other chain store!
Walked into Outdoor Depot looking to buy a gun, stood around for 20min before anyone even asked me if I needed help, there was maybe 3 other people in the entire store. As a customer you should be greeted as soon as you walk into the door, busy or not.
