These guys are crooks! I took my car in to have a radio installed and was quoted $163.00 over the phone. I took it up there later that day and they started working on it. After about 45 minutes a guy named Justin comes out and tells me that they hooked it up and that there was a big problem and that they would have to rewire the whole car. I asked why and how much it would cost he said because the factory amp fried everything and that it would cost $280.00 on top of the $163.00. I asked if he could just bypass the amp and hardwire it and he said no he couldnt do that. I said okay that doesnt sound right but Ill come back by tomorrow. He charged me $127.00 and even sold me the wrong harness kit on top of that. The next day I took it to best buy and they laughed when I told them what street toyz said. They bypassed the amp and found multiple wiring mistakes that street toyz made. They put it in in under 45 minutes with no problem and it sounds and works great. They were a little high on the price but they had to fix the multiple mistakes that street toyz made so for all of that it was a pretty good deal. The next day I called street toyz and spoke to Justin and asked him if he was sure that my car really needed rewired just to see what he would say. In a shakey voice he said "yeah Im pretty sure, why?". I then proceeded to to tell him that I went to best buy and they fixed it with no issue and had to do none of the things that he said he needed to do and that he even sold me the wrong parts. He responded well I can refund you for the harness but I cant for the labor. In business if you cant do the job and do it right than dont make a mess of someones property and take their money. They did nothing but mess up my car and tried to scam me. If you need your radio installed call anyone else except for street toyz they are scam artists.
