District One serves the transportation infrastructure needs in the following counties: Banks, Barrow, Clarke, Dawson, Elbert, Forsyth, Franklin, Gwinnett, Habersham, Hall, Hart, Jackson, Lumpkin, Madison, Oconee, Rabun, Stephens, Towns, Union, Walton and White. GDOT does not issue drivers licenses/State IDs or car tags/titles. Please contact the Department of Drivers Services or Department of Revenue for these services.
