After scheduling this company to come to my house through a extended warrantee program. I was giving a 4 hour window & was told I would receive a 45 minute pre-arrival call. After not receiving this call and my window being expired I placed a call to this company, the lady who answered told me they came and we didn't answer the door. She was under no obligation to come back out and most likely the part wouldn't be covered any how. VERY RUDE, what happened to giving the customer the benefit of the doubt and service with a smile, who knows she could have made a new customer today?? take a look at google for more complaints with this company.
