I was charged $684.and told they didn't know what was wrong with him and I could take him home. He died in my arms on the way home. I will never forgive them for not catching what was wrong with him and saving his life. I will miss my baby forever.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseLOVE them! i took my cat there last night after he got into a fight with god knows what. the staff were professional and calm, and they listened patiently to everything this upset parent had to tell them. they provided me with an accurate, itemized, up-front estimate and several treatment options. as for the unhappy review i read, you might want to take a couple of things into consideration. first of all, when you are headed to an emergency vet, you might be stressed out and YOUR attitude might not be the most pleasant thing to encounter. don t take out your fear on someone that s trying to help you and then give them a bad review because they didn't bow down to you. also, it s an ER vet. by their very nature of conducting long, out-of-the-norm hours, they are more expensive than your regular vet. that s just common sense.. i will definitely use an-emerge again and i highly recommend them to anyone else who might need an emergency vet.

NEVER use this clinic!!! The only think good about them is my pet is alive. They have not compassion for you. It's all about the money. The staff and the doctors act as if you are troubling them with their time. There is clinics out there that appreciate the way we love our animals...find them before you have to use this place. Check with your vet and see if they use this emergency center. Don't make the same mistake I did.

My dog was giving birth and had stopped contractions. They told me to go home and wait. Good thing I did not and finally got a hold of my regular vet. We went straght their after An-Emerge and my regular vet had to do an emergency c-section, which An-Emerge should have done. My regular vet said that if I had waited like An-Emerge vet told me to do, I would have lost the pups and my dog. An-Emerge also charge way too much for only taking two x-rays - 244.00!! They did not even examed her and kept her in the back cage while we waited, even after I told them to bring me my dog back. She was barking and very upset in the cage. I will never use them again!
when i brought in my small young dog who was having sz's for the first time ever, i was extremely distraught. the staff immediately took my baby and began medical intervention. tests were run to discover the etiology of the problem and appropriate care was provided. when i picked up my baby the next am, staff had already faxed all clinical info to my vet, so all i had to do was "show up" at the vet's office that am for continued monitoring and medical intervention. also, staff kept us informed during the night of my baby's progress, which aided to the feeling of comfort. cant believe there isn't already a rating, even many ratings, to share a very positive experience w/this clinic.
