My appointment was at 10:00am, I arrived at about 9:45 to fill out new patient paperwork. After about an hour of waiting I was moved into another waiting room, where I waited yet another hour. After that I was finally moved into a room where I expected to see a doctor soon but instead was made to wait another 30 minutes. My appointment was at 10:00 and I didn't see a doctor until nearly 12:30. Do not come to this eye specialist unless you want to waste nearly 3 hours of your life for a 10 minute doctor consultation.
I arrived a little early for my first appointment, as requested, to fill out paperwork. Waited in the first waiting room for 45 minutes, then was moved to the second waiting room. After waiting another 45 minutes, I left. No one ever apologized or tried to explain the reason for me having to waiting so long after my appointment time to see a doctor.
