      Very dishonest shop. I gave it a try because of good reviews online and it's close to home. I had an engine cooling problem and I knew the connection of the fan wasn't very good. Went in the shop for a diagnose, was told that I had to pay for more than $500 to fix, the replacement fan would cost $250. I told them to hold and looked up online. I could get the fan for less than $90. Called Terry and said I would pick up the car WITHOUT repair. Next morning, Terry told me the fan was replaced and had to charge me more than $500. I clearly told them not to replace the fan and they just did it without my permission. They ordered the fan while I was thinking about it, which means they wanted to force me to buy the service from the very beginning. THIS IS ROBBERY! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

      I have been having my car repaired at Terry's now for over five years. I have never had a problem. Rob and Andrew are great. The staff is courteous and fair with their pricing. The new location on Archer Road is great and closer to my residence and work. Thanks for all your hard work guys!!

      YOU SHOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They have no customer service and are actually rude. Repair estimate was $200 more than the guy around the corner. This guy, Andrew, comes off extremely pompous and his buddy Rob runs a close second. With the personality of roadkill, the bloated heads and overpriced parts and labor...NO THANK YOU! I will go down the road where I will treated with kindness and regard! NEVER EVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!
