This place is awful. I went in there to treat myself to a mani, pedi and seriously it only took her 14 minutes for the mani. I ask why she was in such a hurry? She had no answer I told her to cancel my pedi I would go somewhere else. I will never go back there.

Horrible customer service! I've been going to grand nails on and off for a few years (mostly because it's close to home). Went in today for a pedi and refill... No one said "hello", waited about 45 minutes before I politely left. I was livid! This wasn't the first time either, but definitely my last visit!

Twice I tried going to a different shop and I was so dissatisfied that I had to go back to them.
