- Auto InsuranceThe Registered Customer Service Representative Designation course includes the following ten units: Unit One addresses Insurance Concepts and the Insurance Contract. Unit Two explores Ethics, Office Management, and Customer Relations. Unit Three discusses Personal and Business Automobile Insurance. Unit Four covers Residential Property Insurance, Personal Article Floaters, Flood Insurance, and Excess Policies. Unit Five includes Commercial Property Insurance. Unit Six covers Casualty/Liability Insurance and the Commercial General Policy. Unit Seven includes Workers Compensation, Crime, and Surety Bonds. Unit Eight contains Inland and Ocean Marine. Unit Nine addresses Health Insurance and Residual Markets, and Unit Ten deals with Florida Statutes.
- Inland Marine Insurance
- Title InsuranceRequired Hours: Each licensee except a title insurance agent must complete a 4 -hour update course every 2 years which is specific to the license held by the licensee. The course must be approved by the department and include the following subject areas: insurance law updates, ethics for insurance professionals, disciplinary trends and case studies, industry trends, premium discounts, determining suitability of products and services, and other similar insurance-related topics relevant to legally and ethically carrying out the responsibilities of the license granted. A licensee who holds multiple insurance licenses must complete an update course that is specific to at least one of the licenses held. Except as otherwise specified, any remaining required hours of continuing education are elective and may consist of any continuing education course approved by the department under this section.
- Health InsuranceThis course waives the State exam! Topics include Automobile, Property Insurance, Office Management, Inland Marine, Crime, Workers Compensation, General Liability, Health Insurance and State Law. Become a licensed insurance property and casualty customer representative without the loss of production income and time. Work at your own pace! Your instructor is available to answer questions by email or with a prior appointment by telephone. The 40 hours of this state-approved course are completely online, designed, and taught to comply with the State requirements for the 4-40 License. After completion of this course, you will receive a certificate of completion which allows you to apply to the Department of Financial Services for your license. Enrollment is for ninety (90) days which is three (3) months.
- Long Term CareThe Florida 40-Hr Health 2-40 License allows individuals to transact insurance for such as; Health, Long Term Care, and Medicare Supplements.
- Commercial Property Insurance
- Workers Compensation InsuranceThe Florida General Lines 2-20 License, or "Property-Casualty License", allows individuals to transact insurance business in Personal and Commercial Lines of insurance, such as; Workers' Compensation, Surety, Marine, Health and Miscellaneous Lines. It also enables an individual to open and operate their own independent insurance agency.
- AnnuitiesThe Florida 40-Hr Life & Annuity 2-14 License allows individuals to transact insurance for such as; Life and Fixed Annuities.

- Flood InsuranceTopics include: Property and Liability Insurance Concepts, Personal Automobile Policy, Business Auto Policy and Mechanical Breakdown Coverage, Homeowner Policies, Personal Inland Marine and Flood Insurance, Boiler and Machinery Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance, and Health Insurance.
