I have gone twice to the location in Butler Plaza (so, this review is ONLY for my experience in Butler Plaza). The first time I got a so-so haircut, but nothing terrible. I was OK with it. The second time, I asked to get an "inverted Bob" hairstyle, and I showed her pictures in a magazine, and the lady butchered my hair. Now I realize that she probably had never done this style before, but she did not tell me. I can say it has been the worst haircut of my life. I had to wait for about one month until the back side grew up enough (after she violently shaved it) to go the Mia & Maxx salon, in The Oaks Mall, where thanks God they fixed the situation. After going to Great Clips, not only I did not get any compliments from people about my haircut, but two friends, on separate occasions, actually asked me: "Why did you cut your hair like that?" The second one told me: "Now that it has grown a little, I have to tell you, with much love: You shouldnt cut your hair in this style anymore."
