Gore-Rabell works with landlords that knowingly break county code enforcement and the law. Your safety and we'll being is of no concern to Gore-Rabell and the slumlords that hire them.

Don't ever rent from Gore-Rabell! They are the worst company to rent from. They won't deal with the infestations that were there when we moved into the house, they won't replace the disgusting carpets that are in the house from the previous owners who didn't take care of it. The owner is a rude man and doesn't care about the happiness and safety of his tendents. We even have an infant in the house and the man couldn't care less about that either, he'd rather him live in the gross infested house than take care of simple things that could have simply been avoided if he had taken the time to scan the house after the previous tendents moved out. I advise you to stay away from this company at all costs, for the sake of your happiness and safety.

The worst rental experience I have ever had. They don't have a good grasp on keeping paperwork in order and their clients pay for it. An acquaintance and I both have experiences of being lied to. I do not recommend.
