Diego Moguillansky, MD, is an associate professor who is board-certified in internal medicine, pediatrics, pediatric cardiology, adult cardiology, adult congenital heart disease, cardiovascular nuclear medicine, cardiac MRI, cardiac CT and echocardiography. At UF Health, Dr. Moguillansky is the Medical Director of the adult congenital heart disease program, a multidisciplinary program focused in the care of adult patients with complex forms of congenital heart disease.Dr. Moguillansky received his master's degree in clinical research from the University of Pittsburgh, and earned his medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires. He served his internal medicine and pediatrics residencies at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. He also completed a pediatric cardiology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh, Children's Hospital Pittsburgh, and an adult cardiovascular disease fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center - Presbyterian Hospital (UPMC). He completed an additional cardiac MRI fellowship at UPMC as well.Aside from his interest in adult congenital heart disease, Dr. Moguillansky is involved in all aspects of cardiac imaging, including the performance and interpretation of pediatric and adult echocardiograms (transthoracic and transesophageal), cardiac magnetic resonance studies, cardiac CT scans and cardiac nuclear medicine studies.Dr. Moguillansky is a member of the UF Health Sports and Exercise Cardiology program as well as the adult pulmonary hypertension program. He is also part of the pediatric and adult echo labs, as well as the UF cardiac imaging team, a joint team of radiologists and cardiologists that jointly interpret cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, and cardiac nuclear medicine studies.
