Absolutely Awful. I had banked with them for over a year, until recently. They REFUSED to CASH a CHECK from another Bank of America account that used Bill-Pay Subsidiary because "the check is not from our bank." I get it, I do. You have a duty to the shareholders to maximize profits. So it makes since that you would rent a mailbox down in the caymans and call it bank, so you could save a few pennies on your "Online Bill Pay" feature. But when the payee comes into cash the check, don't look them straight in the eye and say "the check is not from our bank." Never had any problems with any of the other branches.
