These are literally the WORST guys in Gainesville. If I could give something lower than one star I would. I took my Jeep in for a simple speaker replacement and when I got it back my passenger and one rear door were completely broken. I could not roll down the windows or open the doors from the inside. When I called about the doors the owner was extremely rude to me. He claimed that the doors not working was my fault because I had an old car. I drive a well maintained 2002 Jeep and I have never had any problems with my doors or windows. To make things even worse when I brought my car in for them to fix it another costumer was waiting with me asking what I was getting done. I told him "nothing, I'm having my doors fixed because they f*cked them up". The owner started screaming at me, getting in my face and told me to shut my mouth. He forced me to stand outside in the cold while I waited for my car to be repaired. One of his employees came by and apologized to me saying he had worked on it and would look at it again. When he went inside the manager walked outside and started screaming at me again telling me that he didn't "want to hear another word" out of my mouth or he would call the cops. I told him that the cops were already on the way, because I had called my dad who is an ASO Officer. Before my father arrived a GPD officer came and told me that I was going to be trespassed. I am a tiny 19 year old female, I did not threaten anyone or pose a threat to anyone around me. Thankfully my father arrived and once we spoke to the GPD officer she told me that they actually get a lot of calls about the guys who work there. Let my experience be a warning to anyone thinking about going to Audio Outlet in the future. If they mess up your car and then you try to have them fix it, there is a good chance that they will call the cops on you and have you treated like a criminal.

I can't believe I'm giving Audio Outlet a five-star review, but these guys deserve it. It’s been more than a few years since my car stereo days of custom-building subwoofer enclosures and soldering capacitors to speaker terminals, but this week those days returned - due to theft. Yes, my car stereo was stolen. Windows smashed, wires ripped, worthless car stereo sold on the street for twenty bucks. It’s the way it goes. I cruised into Audio Outlet on a whim, as I was in the vicinity, and am I ever glad I did.

All I needed was a handful of connectors and a few other odds and ends, and that's what I got. I was in and out in a flash, and I got exactly what I needed for a fraction of the cost had I gone to Home Depot, Radio Shack, or my local hardware store, for that matter. Thanks Audio Outlet!

Needed a simple solution to allow me to play my iPhone through my 2000 Lexus stereo. Audio Outlet listened to my needs and suggested the perfect solution without trying to up sell me. The installation was quick and clean, and the installer answered all my questions. I'd absolutely go back.

My car is bumpin’ now thanks to these guys. All my friends are green with envy when they ride with me and I only have Audio Outlet to thank. But besides from the tunes and the bass, they worked really well with me and listened to what was most important. The installation in my car was done right the first time and now I am extremely satisfied. Thanks a lot for making me a hit among my friends.

I was fairly surprised with how quick they did everything. I thought it would've taken a lot longer than it did. And their customer service just made my experience that much better.

I needed an upgrade on my system so I went to Audio Outlet, always go in there with my friends so I knew they were legit. They hooked it up and had me rockin out in no time. They really know how to treat their customers right, appreciate their extra tips too. Anyone should go see them if you are looking for a nice system and even better service!

The old system in my car completely shorted out. They pulled the whole thing out and replaced everything. It's sounds amazing and you can't even compare it to how it used to sound. I will definitely be back here for anything to do with my sound system.

I am totally satisfied in dealing with Audi Outlet. I had prompt service, super nice people, and they were very efficient. At first they were too busy to put my radio in, but they found a way to fit me in for installation! I highly recommend them for fantastic sales and service!

I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a product of theirs and getting it installed there. While they tell you its cheap and theres a warranty for satisfaction, its all a lie. All sales are final and once they get your money, they dont care if youre happy or not. Also theyll make up excuses to absolve themselves of their warranty. As for your car, somehow it will become luxury so anticipate another $75-200 to whatever price is quoted. When I tried to to talk with the guy running the place, I was dismissed and he tried to physically intimidate me. Wouldnt wish this store on my worst enemy's mother. Also you better have some place to go after you drop your car off or youll have to sit on a old couch in a small smelly room with a sexual predator eyeing you the whole time. Great.
