We have patronized Adam's Rib Co. on at least 3 separate occasions and found the food to be mediocre and the service not only unkind but rude. When I attempted to express my feelings to the owner about a rude server he responded with, "Why don't you tell me how to run my business?!"My wife and I were both raised in the South and we live and work here in Gainesville. We are proud to be Southerners who hold virtues like: respect, consideration and kindness in high esteem. Customer service business's (especially restaurants) rely on word of mouth and customer loyalty.I have never had such a bad experience at any restaurant..anywhere.. that I have felt it necessary to spend the time to write a review of it!

The delicious aroma hits you before you you reach the door of this wonderful little place. The BBQ has a distinct flavor, one that will keep me coming back. I wasn't really a fan of BBQ until a friend talked me into dining there for lunch a few weeks ago. There are several sauces available, and the sides are "southern style" and delicious. Try it, you'll like it!"
