I went through your drive thur on Wednesday, May 20th at 6:10am and ordered a dozen of assorted donuts and a additional half dozen donuts that I was choosing specific. When asking for a chocolate dip I was told that you had no iced donuts so, I asked for a boston cream donut and was told that you had no filled donuts! I continued with my order and asked for a latte and was told you didn't have that available either! I understand and sympathize about the current situation however, when I then asked if you had coffee, I was told very rudely, " Of course we do!" I was taken back because of the rude response I was given. I only asked an honest question because the last few items which are common items were not available. Then when I got to the window I asked to speak to the manager. When the manager ,Katrina who was actually the one who took my order, came to the window I told her I didn't appreciate how she spoke to me. She said, " I was being efficient!" I let her know that it was rude and I was going to report her for the way I was treated. She then told me , "Have a good day!" and slammed closed the window. I called later that day to speak to the general manager and the gentleman I spoke to told me it was Katrina who had taken my order that morning! He took my name and number and said the district manager, Andy would be calling me. I haven't heard from him yet. I know things happen, the morning doesn't start off well and especially in these uncertain times but kinder words could of been spoken. This is the first time I have ever posted something on a review good or bad. I am in sales and customer service should be the top priority.

Thank you to the General Manager on October 2, 2017. I forgot two one pound bags of Tim Horton's Decaf coffee (my very favorite) when I left this location with my delicious doughnuts and extra large coffee to travel back to our home in Kentucky on Sunday morning October 1. Our son went to the store today October 2, 2017 to explain the problem. I really appreciate that the GM was concerned and gave my son, who lives in Gahanna, the two bags of coffee.

Very rude employees I am hearing impaired tried to order two things a coffee and a Danish guy was indifferent at best then took my money and walked away I stood and waited a " gal finally came over and I said "I'm waiting for my food" she said "did you pay? he is standing there doing nothing and she pointed to a coffee that was sitting with the guys twenty five dollar order before me and said something like "I just got it" I said I had asked for cream and I still needed my almond whatever Danish she grabbed a cherry one and I said "no, almond" and she grabbed it and actually threw it across the counter to me. I was in no way rude at any time. I ordered two things which were both screwed up and both people I came in contact were very rude to a hearing impaired person. I told them both I was having trouble understanding what they were saying, so I just told them what I needed. This is not a Tim Horton legacy. When I got to the car no hazelnut in coffee poured it out avoid this one
