I used Advanced Imaging for my 28 week 4D ultrasound. The service is not what I expected at all considering the amount of money they put into tv and radio commercials. At other ultrasound places they have a tv screen where you see the baby and your family can also see and ask questions during the ultrasound. Not at Advanced! You can only see the small monitior on the ultrasound machine. My daughter was turned where her face was visible with no obstructions for most if the ultrasound but the clips we received on DVD all have obstructions over the face. I'm not bhard to please, but was even more upsetwhen my complaint got attitude back from thier office manager. Furthermore I had a gift certificate for my ultrasound, I recueved it in a sealed envelove from Advanced, but while I was at the desk I was told she also needed the receipt. That is crazy!

They may have a friendly staff, but they sure don't know how file with the insurance company. We are having to pay out of pocket for something that should have been covered by our insurance because they did not do their job! Stay away, or watch your pocket.
