Awful customer service - lack of communication ESP in regards to billing. One late payment - no matter how long you have been a customer - results in PERMANENT termination of services. They would rather have the $3 late fee and lose the $300+ a year per household they charge. And best of all I STILL has bugs between sprays! You can do much better with someone else!

On time. Professional and very knowledgeable. Unlike any pest control company I've had before. They can and do it all.
