I honestly can't understand any review less than 5 stars for Fuquay Eye Care. My son and I have been coming here for years and we have never once seen a rude person or had to wait. Every visit is efficient and every person we deal with is kind, patient and personable. The exam rooms are very nice and clean with interactive screens for patient education-as an RN I love this tool. I have seen both doctors and I like them both very much. Excellent care that is very thorough and informative, neither has ever made me feel as though they were in a rush. All of the staff are extremely friendly and they are very helpful when choosing frames. Very quick turn around on our orders and always have the contacts that my son needs. I just can't say enough about this practice! Don't let one poor review persuade you differently. I will never see another optometrist. They also have some later weeknight appointments which is super convenient.

Excellent care. Excellent staff. The wait is a bit long but I'm happy that I bring my family. We've been patients for 10 years and I'll never go anywhere else.

My husband went in to have his eyes checked and ended up getting glasses. The doctor was very helpful but the other staff members are terrible. They were very rude and acted like you were bothering them if you asked a question. When my husband bought the glasses, they made him schedule an appointment. He had to take off work early to pick them up. When we get there the day of the appt. they informed us the glasses weren't ready (over a week since we have bought them). No call or nothing to inform us of this (they said they didn't know because the computers were down). Not only did he waste vacation time, he was then told he didn't need to schedule an appt at all by another staff member. He could come in anytime to pick them up. When I asked why was he told to schedule an appt she said she didn't know and then went to the person behind me and tried to assist them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
