I had an awesome surprise for my Birthday; my family took me to Joyce & Family Restaurant. The food was so good. If you want good country cooking with friendly and great service, you got to try it. My favorite’s yams, greens, cabbage, and man the chicken, and fish, well I really could go on and on. The buffet has so many items. You just got to try it for yourself. went there for lunch today.one of the most disgusting places to eat.service was awful.food bad. baked chicken no taste,green beans so soft i could have eaten with a straw,salad was all wet in the salad bar.do not go there,waitress was bad news.did not leave a tip

Don' bother! This since they are in new location..wasn't bad BEFORE with a small buffet. But as a restaurant with a menu it is BAD. Too few choices and confusing pricing on menu. Several things on that menu were not available. Large facility, but no atmosphere and very haphazardly "put together". I might even add, that it was a fantastic and well designed place when the previous restaurant was there.

The best home cooking you will find; like your Grandmother cooked. Buffet is not large, yet plenty of selection and the staff is very friendly and attentive. You will not go away hungry and will become a frequent customer! A great down home place! Come on - let's go and get some good sweet potatoes, collard greens, green beans, fried chicken, corn, chicken n dumplings, cold sweet iced tea. . . ..

This is my husband's favorite place to eat! Home cooked food at a good price. They have a menu, but the small buffet is it's claim to fame among locals. Things like fried chicken, pork chops, chicken and pastry, green beans and cabbage. They also have a tiny salad and dessert bar, but I always finish off my meal with their baked apples, the best I've ever tasted. Don't come here for the atmosphere. There is none. It's plain and old, but clean. Kind of like eating at Grandma's. And you know, nobody can cook like Grandma!

I have been a frequent customer since they first opened and the food and service keeps getting worse and worse. Staff has a major attitude and nothing good is ever put on the buffett. You ask if they are going to put on the Buffett what is written on their menu board and they say yes but you end up sitting there forever and never get what they say they are going to have. Sad to say, Fuquay finally had a great restaurant with good home country cooking, now it is just more expensive, less food, and staff with attitudes.
