Worst salon I've ever experienced! The owner was very rude. They overcharged me for highlights, when I tried to politely talk to the owner about it, she was condescending to me. She acted like she was better than me and didn't even have the time to talk to me. If I had a business, I would do out of my way to make sure my customers/clients are well taken care of. She obviously doesn't. She was very argumentative. Poor customer service.

i.e., A locI am a bargain hunter. Although I had seen Cameo salon I thought I could get a haircut cheaper somewhere else. So I went to fantastic Sams a block away. The lady who did my hair there was not only rude but she refused to do several of the hair designs I wanted. After the cut was complete I hated it. I asked her to trim it more and she got ticked. The next day at work my coworkers pointed out several mistakes in my haircut. I then went to a different salon and had it "fixed" by a different girl. It was better but still a bit jacked up. Upon my visit to tan a couple days later the lady that worked commented that I had cut off all my hair. I explained to her that I was very unhappy with it. When I was done tanning she had me go next store to Cameo and see Crystal who immediately went to work and fixed my hair for free! She was professional and friendly and you could tell she really liked what she was doing unlike the two ladies in the other salons that had worked on my hair. Crystal had way less hair to work with since it had been chopped at by two previous salons however she worked some magic and my hair looked way better when I left! I learned a very valuable lesson. You get what you pay for! By trying to save a few bucks I ended up paying for two haircuts and three tips. Next time I will go get one haircut at Cameo and save myself some time, some money and some aggravation.al favorite, or highly recommended because

Wow what a beautiful salon! I had highlights for the first time and I love them. I was scared I would looked striped like so many people I see. My hair turned out perfect! The blond is chunky, not striped and a beautiful shade of blond. Thanks Terra!
